  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Vanilla bean or 1 TSP extract Vanilla
  • Honey (optional)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 2 cups: Your preference of milk : Hemp Milk or Almond Milk
