Drinie was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She started a consistent yoga practice while studying in Australia to complement her training as a dancer. She continued her practice when she was working in Singapore as a sportscaster. Since then moved to LA, and is now a E-RYT 500 teacher.
Her background as an athlete and a martial artist led her to love the disciplined practice of Ashtanga yoga practice, as well as arm balances and inversions.
Yoga has served Drinie as a path to self-love, strength, healing, and a conscious lifestyle. To her yoga is the gift that keeps on giving. She loves creating powerful, yet playful sequences that get you connected to you a steady breath, strong body, and present mind.
