Pulse

Introduction
Sometimes we need to shake things up — to move, sweat, and reconnect with our fire. Pulse is a dynamic, energizing series designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect breath-fueled movement, strong sequences, and a rhythm that builds heat and momentum. These classes are here to help you release stuck energy, build strength, and tap back into your vitality. Whether you’ve been sitting still for too long or just need to feel something real — this is your space to pulse.

Gen Methot
Gen is a 400-hour certified yoga teacher and body therapist with over 8 years of experience guiding movement-based practices. She is deeply fascinated by the biomechanics of the body and believes that breath, movement, and awareness are powerful tools to reconnect—with ourselves, our bodies, and the present moment. In a world that often pulls us away from that connection, she sees yoga as a way to come back home to ourselves. Her teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa, with influences from Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. She enjoys building progressive, breath-led sequences that foster flow and embodied awareness. With a background in body therapy, she brings a functional and therapeutic lens into her classes, always respecting each student’s unique anatomy and needs. She has taught in retreats, studios, on the beach, and online—in English and French. Her intention is to hold space for people to explore, reset, and feel more grounded in their own skin.
