Designed for intermediate to advanced students, this series invites you to move with curiosity, challenge your edges, and stay connected to breath throughout.

Tuqui discovered yoga while going to college for a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration in Savannah, GA. The need of exploring herself, finding purpose, and overcoming emotional challenges pulled her into her first yoga class and keeps bringing her to the mat every day. She returned to El Salvador and after practicing Yoga for 8 years, she decided to go to the magical country of India to get her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Rishikesh. Tuqui also got certified in Thai massage and explored the world of Ayurvedic medicine and deep tissue massage. Tuqui loves strong, sweaty classes and exploring arm balances, transitions, and inversions. She enjoys teaching empowering Yoga classes that will challenge you and help you get in tune with your body, breath, mind, and soul. Her creative sequences focus on keeping awareness in alignment and breath allowing you to explore all the different things your body is capable of doing.
