Join us for this unique experience, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training right from the comfort of your own home!
This comprehensive training is an invitation to go beyond the academic study of yoga and to learn how to integrate the yogic teachings into your daily life. The teachings shared will provide you with the full spectrum of tools and techniques that will not only support you in deepening your own practice but will allow you to find your voice as a teacher. You will receive in-depth training on how to create a successful yoga career, build confidence and create a life of prosperity and freedom while serving others on their wellness journey.
The training is rooted in Vinyasa style yoga and explores yogic philosophy in a practical and applicable way. Many modern-day trainings tend to only scratch the surface of this ancient science. In our training, we embrace the yoga practice as a whole; not just the physical aspects. While we will most definitely help you connect with every joint, muscle, tissue, and cell, we believe yoga philosophy is just as essential to break down as the physical postures. You will learn how to live the yogic lifestyle in your everyday life and understand the subtle workings of your mind. This type of knowledge can radically improve your quality of life, reduce stress, provide an overall feeling of well-being, and inspire creativity.
This training is accessible to all levels of practitioners; whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner. Regardless of whether your intention is to make yoga your career or not, this training will help you gain confidence, peace of mind, inner and outer strength, a detoxified body, and a deeper connection with your true purpose.
With a combination of live interactive classes, personalized mentorship and a vibrant online community, you’ll feel like you’re right there with us — immersed in the experience. Every session is designed to bring the energy and connection of an in-person training directly to your space.
This is a rare and special opportunity to receive your 200-Hour Certification approved by the Yoga Alliance. We look forward to sharing this journey with you!
Unique Features of This Training:
Shayna Hiller is a 500-hr E-RYT yoga teacher, YACEP, and Certified Health Coach based in Los Angeles, CA. She is also a business coach for yoga teachers and a Tao Tantric Arts guide for women. Her light-hearted and deeply intuitive approach to teaching and coaching is truly one of a kind.
Shayna has been teaching yoga and leading yoga retreats around the world for over a decade. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, Pranassage Practitioner, Children’s Yoga Teacher, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Shayna’s studies have led her from Ashtanga and Jivamukti to Iyengar, Yin and Yoga Nidra. Her teachings include an intelligent vinyasa-based fusion of various yogic modalities suitable for all levels and body types. Shayna also specializes in teaching yogic philosophy and translating ancient texts in a way that is accessible, inspiring, and relatable. She is also trained in Shamanic Chinese Medicine, Integrative Energy Healing, Qi Gong, and Trauma-Informed Leadership. She weaves her various skills into all of her offerings for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Ammy is a passionate yoga teacher and lifelong student. Her love for yoga, travel, and nature — especially the ocean — led her to settle in a small coastal town in El Salvador, where she now runs The Yoga Collective, co-leads virtual yoga teacher trainings, and embraces a vibrant, full life. Ammy is in her element when teaching asana and diving deep into the details of each posture. Her teaching style is thorough, down-to-earth, and accessible to all.
Ammy's yoga journey began over two decades ago, sparked by a desire to manage the stress of fast-paced city life through holistic practices. She started attending asana classes and quickly fell in love with the practice. As her physical strength grew, so did her mental clarity and spiritual resilience. This evolution inspired her to study yogic philosophy more deeply and eventually integrate yoga as a way of life — far beyond the studio walls.
At the heart of Ammy’s teaching is a desire to help students connect with their true nature, embrace their limitations, and cultivate genuine self-love. She believes in yoga as a practice, not a pursuit of perfection — a mindset she shares with her students to encourage compassion and self-acceptance. While the journey may be challenging at times, Ammy believes it is one of the most transformative and beautiful gifts we can give ourselves.
The styles you will be trained will predominately be Hatha Vinyasa. We delve into the different style of yoga in order to provide you with a well rounded educational experience. This teacher training draws from the major disciplines of yoga including Hatha Tantra, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Kundalini
This training, despite being virtual, is an intensive teacher training. In addition to the Live classes 5 days a week, you will be required to complete a daily 90 minute home practice and set aside time to complete the weekly homework.

The Yoga Collective is a registered yoga school with the Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of the training you will receive a Yoga Alliance certificate.

Absolutely! All trainings are unique and different, and taking more than one 200-hour teacher training will enhance your skills and provide new perspectives and more in-depth understanding of yoga and how to apply it personally and professionally.
An essential element in any training is the connection between not only the teachers and students but also between the students themselves. For this training, students are assigned partners that they are required to meet on a weekly basis to practice teaching one another. Students in our previous trainings have made some beautiful soul connections with their partners that are sure to extend well beyond the time frame of the course itself!
Yes, all requirements for the completing the course need to be met within the 5 weeks. This training is semi-self paced; meaning you do not have to attend live sessions but are required to view them and complete all homework in a timely manner. There are 3 hour long live Zoom classes M-F.
