Led by Shayna, this Level 2, 40-minute class offers a gentle, basic flow ideal for all levels of practice. A Vinyasa-style class, focus is on the hamstrings as well as basic movements and sense of alignment and well-roundedness.

Warrior 2 is an extended standing pose that stretches the groins, lungs, chest, and shoulders while stretching and strengthening the ankles and legs.
