How low into your belly are you able to breathe? How long is each inhale and exhale? Does each exhale engage the core or does it raise the shoulders? In this practice we will learn body lock number one, locking the lower back and hips into position and assessing your breathing patterns in different poses. This will also calm the mind and body, creating core strength and awareness with each breath.
