This 35-minute All-Levels Vinyasa style flow class is designed to motivate you to simply get back on your mat and get you breathing, moving and finding flow again! This short but sweet practice is great for anytime of day or night and includes: breathing exercises, muscle and joint warm ups, twisting, strengthening postures, and of course savasana rest and relaxation! *No props required, however 2 blocks could be helpful!
