This 20-minute Yoga Nidra Relaxation Meditation is wonderful for EVERYONE - no meditation experience necessary, and is practiced entirely in Savasana/Corpse Pose so it's like a lovely power nap and necessary reset for your entire nervous system! Yoga Nidra is often referred to as "The Blissful Sleep" because it's reparative and regenerative properties are as potent and powerful as actual sleep itself! In this meditation we work with Sankalpa- a true intention set from the open heart space, and you are guided through a relaxation body scan, breath exercise, and visualization and imagination techniques to help you quickly and ease-fully reach a deep state of relaxation and rest throughout your entire body, mind, and spirit! * A blanket, bolster, or pillow are encourage for under your knees for comfort, and a sweater or a blanket to cover your body can also make you more comfortable in this meditation.
