Heart Opening Flow is a Level 2/3, 20-minute class led by Lauren, and promises to build heat while focusing on cardio training, backbends, balancing poses, and super sweaty flow. Peak yoga poses include Natarajasana and Chapasana, both of which are incredibly heart healthy.
Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance Pose, is a fun standing posture designed to stretch the shoulders, chest, groins, thighs, and abdomen while improving balance and strengthening the legs and ankles. Chapasana, or Sugarcane Pose, is a standing and balancing posture created to improve core strength while strengthening and stretching the hamstrings and quadriceps.
