Feel like your lower body could use a little work, or that you carry most of your tension in the area? The Yoga Collective has the perfect class for you! Hips, Quads, & Hamstrings is a Level 2, 60minute class led by Steve Jones that focuses on the hips and hamstrings as well as strength training.
A Vinyasa style class, allow Steve to guide you through how to open the hips, a primary source of tension. Working on the lower body (or any body part, for that matter!) is especially important if your job requires a lot of sitting, such as sitting in front of a computer all day long. Keep lower body pain to a minimum as you enjoy stretching and strengthening the muscles that work so hard for you every day.
