A 40-minute, Level 1/2, Meditative Flow class led by Anaswara, this option is perfect for those days where intense exercise just isn’t going to happen. Move the bones and muscles while calming and centering the mind as you flow through this Vinyasa/Power Yoga class, which focuses on stress relief, basic yoga movements, and well-roundedness.

Meditative Flow: Water follows the same structure and flow as Meditative Flow: Fire minus the physical demands. It’s especially important to practice when feeling emotionally unbalanced and “yucky,” as it gets the blood and lymph flowing, centers the mind, and lifts you out of that nasty body and headspace.

Don’t let bad days get you down! Take a breather and enjoy this class, which is guaranteed to leave you feeling fantastic. Let go of daily stress and “blue” feelings, and surrender yourself to the restorative power of deep breathing and key yoga postures.
