A heat building vinyasa flow with lots of upper body strengthening and opening that leads up into detailed instructions on how to get into pincha mayurasana/forearm balance.

You'll be getting proper alignment cues that will help you find success with this arm balance. Make sure you have a block and strap in hand to support you in finding the best alignment. We'll also be making use of some wall space for this class, especially if you are new to balancing on your forearms.
