All the classes in this series gets you right into and out of the practice very quickly.  The “warm-up” is brief but intensive so if you need more time warming up, please do so on your own before hitting play. They all contain a good amount of upper body, standing and core work. You will find that these classes really fulfill that need to get the juices flowing and accomplish something even when you are short on time.
