This is a strong vinyasa flow class that will get you into poses like Warrior 1, Warrior 3, Standing Splits, Planks, and Boat Pose so that you can develop both the strength and flexibility towards standing on your hands. In this fun 30 minute class you will be getting alignment cues on how to set up your handstand properly along with various creative ways to kick up into handstand.
