This 30-minute, Level 2, Hatha style yoga class focuses on backbends as well as opening the hips and shoulders. Melt into yoga pose after pose, including Downward Facing Dog, Cobra, assorted standing poses, Plank, and of course Temple Pose. Tony G. believes bent knee Downward Facing Dog is one of the best ways to warm up the body, and he encourages practitioners to listen to their breath as they work.
