The second in a series of classes dedicated to creative flow sequence with an emphasis on core strength, Vinyasa Core Flow #2 is a 30-minute, Level 2 option led by Anaswara. Class style is Vinyasa, and focus concerns the core and upper body as well as balancing poses, super sweaty flow, strength, cardio, and well-roundedness.
Enjoy this half-hour yoga class and move effortlessly from one pose and transition to the next. Start at the top of your mat and “dive right in” with Anaswara, which includes moving quickly into Plank Pose. Anyone who’s ever performed Plank Pose knows how challenging it is, and that it provides one amazing core exercise!
Anaswara notes that while engaging in difficult poses such as Plank, it’s essential to rely on your breath to “navigate” you through the challenge.
