It is a great yoga inversion so you will definitely feel the rush of blood to the head especially if you hold for awhile. There are several different arm positions for this pose so be ready to explore. You make gently shake the head yes or no to release the cervical spine. *Modifications: You may use a block to gently rest your head on.
