Ever complain of not having enough time to make breakfast in the morning and find yourself reaching for whatever you can get your hands on (healthy or not)?

Let’s take the guesswork out of your morning routine and fill your fridge with hassle-free go-to’s that set you up for success.

Nutrition: Oats are a great source of soluble fiber which aids in digestion, healthy elimination and blood sugar control, which directly affects your mood, energy and hormone balance. This is the perfect on-the-go breakfast or midday snack. It only takes a few minutes to mix all the ingredients together before bed and wake up to sustained energy and ease!

Ingredients:

1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 c dairy free milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Topping options (from L to R):

Add a scoop of cacao powder to the oats and stir in, then top with cacao nibs and coconut flakes

Granola, banana, dates

Cinnamon, pecans, raspberries

GET CREATIVE!

Instructions:

-Add the oats, milk, chia seeds and sweetener to your choice of container with lid and mix well.

-Add your toppings! Simple as that!

-Store in fridge and enjoy (let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour)

The oat to milk ratio is 1:1 so you can modify this recipe as needed to suit how hungry you are! We like to make a few different sized portions depending on our hunger level/convenience!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
