Jailyn Matthews


Jailyn believes Pilates is a necessary part of maintaining a strong supple body, and recommends it as the base of any exercise program. In emphasizing proper form and technique she inspires you to work smarter not harder! And in that, Pilates can keep you moving through life with balance and grace while enhancing any sport or fitness activity. She further trained in pre/post natal fitness, back injury prevention, fitness for older populations, and is TRX certified. Jailyn is also an EMT, teaching emergency medical skills to College students and doing first aid for private events. Her favorite past times include beach volleyball, hiking/backpacking, roller skating, singing/songwriting, and consuming delicious foods.
