This “Just For You” series consists of mindfully sequenced classes which are designed to help the beginner yogi develop a solid foundation for their yogic path. These classes break down many basic postures with strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. This series is also great for the seasoned yogi looking to get back to the basics.

This is a 40 minute Meditative Flow class that follows the same structure and flow of ‘M.F.Fire’ but is A LOT less physically demanding. Great for those days when you are not feeling so full of energy but still want to move your bones and use yoga to calm and center your mind.
