Your lymph is a fluid in the body that carries infection fighting white blood cells. Within the lymph system are lymph nodes, "stations" where the lump fluid is able to filter toxins. The main and most recognizable lump nodes are located: Under the jaw, on either side of the neck, under the arm pits and inner groin.
This video is a restorative approach to building circulation in the body. It will target the lamp nodes located in the inner groin though repetitive motions and cross body stretching.
