Shayna breaks down Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana).

A Level 3 pose, Side Crow is Crow with a twist.  It's a lot more challenging yoga pose as you are now twisting and balancing most of your weight on one arm.  Side Crow will test your balance and strength so be sure to tap your core for stability. If you are up for the challenge and have mastered Crow Pose than Side Crow could become a fun variation. Watch Shayna as she guides Molly step by step to rock the Side Crow!
